We investigate inconsistencies in the account of Jesse James's death, the coroner's report, and findings of 3 recent exhumations of the body in a grave marked Jesse James in Kearney, Missouri.

We follow a 2003 exhumation conducted in Neodesha, Kansas, at the request of the James Family, who think that Jesse escaped and lived for many years after his purported death.

As forensic scientists conduct DNA tests, it's not only the James Family watching in anticipation, but history itself.
