The History Channel Biggin Hill International Airfair 2007 was another amazing weekend from both land and sky!

The weekend of 2 - 3 June 2007 was a celebration of all things vintage in an action packed show to enthral both aviation enthusiasts and anyone looking for an entertaining day out.

Biggin Hill is the annual show that caters for all the family with a fun fair, children’s amusements, classic cars and military vehicles, over 200 stands, food and beer courts and much more. This year the showground was specially  improved to give better views of the flying displays and military jets on the ground.

2007 also bought the first sightings of the RAF's new live action displays and was the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. Fifty years ago three Spitfires, a Hurricane and a Lancaster gathered at RAF Biggin Hill. This was the beginning of what is now known as the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. In this anniversary year a special display was put together at Biggin Hill, including the original aircraft that have, since 1957, flown in honour of their Second World War crews.
